Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sara Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Madhavan starrer Dhurandhar has become a huge blockbuster with the power of word-of-mouth making it huge. The movie released with very low anticipation but changed the career trajectory of Ranveer Singh with his comeback blockbuster as a 1000 crore grosser. 

The movie is expected to cross RRR final numbers and go beyond Rs.1260 crores gross mark by the end of New Years' Eve holidays. The movie has collected Rs.1009 crores gross worldwide and becomes the biggest hit of the year 2025 crossing both Kantara Chapter 1 and Chhaava grosses. 

Akshaye Khanna has become the biggest supporting actor in demand after the film as well. In India, it is set to cross Rs.800 crores gross and from overseas it has already collected Rs.225 crores gross. Ranbir Kapoor came close to Rs.1000 crores gross with Animal but Ranveer Singh has been able to breach it. 

Now, Ranbir Kapoor will be under pressure to deliver his own 1000-crore grosser and he has Ramayana Part-1 and Ramayana Part-2 coming up with Love and War, in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's direction. Well, Dhurandhar-2 is going to set huge box office numbers and even challenge Baahubali 2 numbers if it gets even better. Aditya Dhar has emerged as a huge commercial filmmaker with this frachise big hits and he might just find funds to bring out his Aswatthama to life.
